You submit your land details. Our team assesses grid connection, orientation, planning likelihood, and crop compatibility — typically within 2 weeks.
We agree a long-term land lease (typically 25 years). LDP Solar handles all planning applications, grid applications, and construction procurement.
Construction takes 3–6 months. Once commissioned, you receive your annual land rent every year for the duration of the lease. Farming continues below.
We pay a fixed annual rent for your land — no risk, no upfront cost, and your farming carries on below the panels.
~£2,400 per acre per year, paid annually regardless of weather or generation output. Your income is guaranteed by contract.
The elevated mounting system is designed specifically for continued agricultural use. Machinery access and crop rotations are preserved throughout.
